Next week we are having spirt week Monday Dec 15th through Friday Dec 19th.
On Dec 19th we will be having a student carnival to celebrate all of the students hard work in the classrooms for the semester and we need your help. We are looking for a donation of either a box of candy canes or Little Debbie snacks for prizes for the carnival. You can drop them off in the office anytime. Thank you for all your help in advance to make this day fun for all of the kids.

Do not forget about the music concert tomorrow. Hope to see everybody there. We also have family activities going on K-1 music concert starts at seven. Please have your kids here by 6: 55 2nd through fourth. Their music concert starts at 7:30 please have them here by 7:25. We also have a bunch of family activities going on from 6:30 to 8:30.

Kindness Week
Join us at Freddy's Monday November 10th between 4:00-8:00 pm to help us raise money for Georgia Matthews.

Georgia Matthews Elementary
We’re still looking for volunteers to help with our Trunk or Treat event!
Set-up: Begins at 2:30 PM
Costume Parade: Starts at 3:00 PM
If you can’t host a trunk but would still like to pitch in, we’d greatly appreciate donations of extra bags of candy to help make sure every trick-or-treater gets plenty of treats! 🍬
We have been invited to participate in Abe Hubert's Trunk or Treat event on the evening of October 30th. It will take place in the parking lot by the football field at Abe Hubert, running from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
Additionally, our own building’s Trunk or Treat will be held on October 31st, with kids starting to walk at 3:00 PM.
We are still looking for volunteers to decorate a trunk for the event. If you are interested please contact Maria in the main office. If you’re unable to attend but would like to contribute, we also welcome donations of candy to hand out.

4th Grade Field Trip
Just a reminder that there is no school tomorrow Friday October 17th. We will see everyone again on Monday October 20th.
One October 8th GM participated in Walk to School Day. Walk to School Day encourages healthy habits, heightens awareness of traffic safety, draws attention to environmental concerns around the school.
On October 2nd we celebrated National Custodian Appreciation day. Here are Georgia Matthews we are grateful for all you do to help clean and Maintain our building!! Huge shout out to Jose Cantu!!
