Parents, Staff have or will be sending home a order form for the last day of school. These forms are for any family members wanting a T-shirt. Students will receive one for themselves from the school.
Please plan of joining the fun!! Free food, Color Run, and awards.

4/16/2025 The ladies in the office will be at the school from 4:00-6:00 to help anyone that needs help with enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year. We have a little over 50% of our students who have completed the enrollment. Our goal is to get all of our students enrolled by the end of the early enrollment window.

A couple of important reminders:
No school on Friday, April 4th.
School registration for the 2025-26 school year begins Monday, April 7th through April 25th.
All families attending USD 457 must complete registration. Please visit Julie and Shannon in the main office for assistance.
If your child attends Georgia Matthews but lives outside our boundary, you may request to attend our school during registration. Spots are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. All Forms are available at Georgia Matthews.
Our building is nearly full, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible to secure a spot.
Thank you!

Here is a learning opportunity from KU Med for parents who have children with Autism or other significant disabilities with behavior-related concerns. This training is being held during our KU Med Outreach Clinic at Sienna Medical in Garden City on April 10. This is an excellent opportunity to have KU Med provide this training for families here in our community.

Georgia Matthews-with the wind and rain we will be dismissing the kids from inside the building again at the end of the day.

Just a Reminder Picture Day is tomorrow March 14th

Today, we will be dismissing at the usual time. Due to the severe winds, students will be dismissed from inside the building. We ask for your patience as we ensure a safe and efficient dismissal. Thank you for your understanding.

Parent Teacher Conferences are Thursday the 27th and Friday the 28th

Next week for Read Across America Week
